Meet Debra Temple
Debra is a long-time resident of Downingtown. She has been in the massage field for many years with a passion for healing. Debra received her massage certification from cortiva Institute in 2012 and is licensed and insured in the state of Pennsylvania.
She is a detail-oriented therapist who enjoys evaluating and deciding a customized plan for her clients. Various techniques are the core, such as cross-fiber-friction, myofascial release, triggerpoint, and craniosacral therapies. Massage can be simply about relaxation. However, physical or emotional pain can take its toll on one’s well-being. She believes that massage is a viable asset to a pathway of healing.
Debra is also trained in prenatal, hot stone, and raindrop technique. She continues to build upon her training through continuous education.
Her treatments include Swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point, cross-fiber friction. Debra also provides a unique spa experience using hot stones and massage combined with Essential Oils.
